Arizona Cannabis Culinary Event on June 25-26

The Arizona Cannabis Culinary Event on June 25-26 will provide attendees with the opportunity to sample a variety of infused dishes from local chefs and businesses. Attendees will learn about the various ways in which cannabis is used in the culinary world and will be able to sample some of the dishes they’ve come to expect from chefs throughout the state.

Sedona, long considered a mecca for natural healing and exploration, is an ideal location for Cloth & Flame’s Verde Series, a cannabis-inspired culinary program taking place June 20. Starts in April 2021. While Volume I: Homegrown took the adventurers to the heart of downtown Phoenix, Volume II: High Country will take place amidst the lush landscape of Oak Creek Canyon in Sedona on Friday, June 25, 2021, and Saturday, June 26, 2021. Arizona Cannabis Culinary Event on June 25-26 When cannabis became legal for recreational use in Arizona this year, we knew Cloth & Flame had the opportunity to share a new kind of connection and experience of nature. The Verde series was created as a platform to raise awareness and celebrate the cannabis plant and bring people together for an exciting, safe and exquisite experience. Every detail of our event was carefully designed with the guest experience in mind, says Tracy McGinnis, Director of Business Development at Cloth & Flame. We are happy to be pioneering this area and showing that cannabis events can be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. In partnership with Copperstate Farms, one of the largest greenhouse cannabis growers in North America, located in Snowflake, Arizona, the event will offer two nights of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, live music and cozy lounges on the banks of the Creek. Dinner is served at sunset and consists of creative dishes artfully infused with CBD and THC. Guests are invited to choose their own adventure during the evening and have the opportunity to vary the potency of the cannabis. Nick Rusticus, Cloth & Flame’s executive chef for emerging markets, has prepared a Expert Intoxication dish that contains a total of 10mg THC/10mg CBD. After dinner, guests are invited to continue the experience by participating in activities such as stargazing with renowned astronomer and star guide Dennis Young, enjoying the good vibes of Sedona’s spa, and relaxing in custom-made hammocks to the sound of live music by MACKandgold. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to The Last Convict Project, a non-profit organization that advocates for cannabis criminal justice reform. The group, founded in 2019, is committed to liberating and rebuilding the lives of those affected by the criminalization of cannabis. Copperstate Farms will match Cloth & Flame’s donation to the organization. CHILDREN OF EVENTS DATES : Friday, June 25, 2021 and Saturday, June 26, 2021. June 2021 Arrival of guests: 18.00 hrs.
